I also like that this kit uses full size motors, a fake fin unit, and a parachute. I also like that there is not anything that snaps collectively.I think this rocket is the exact foundation to start youth on the model rocketry.

I bought this kit for my son's 9th birthday have fun.We had 12 kids all construction and decorating their rockets including markers and the built-in decals. I have an annual rocket launch (we call it "Blast Off to Summer") with my Cub Scout's Den and try to get a different rocket every year. Last year I made the mistake of being paid the ones with the document fins you glue on. We had many, many wayward rockets. These with the plastic fins are much best for beginner and childish rocket builders!

Our local academe's Rocket Club ran out of rockets and funding, so I purchased this bulk pack for them to do with local family tree. We had lots of great blast-offs with tons of awed spectators!I might have even felt a sonic boom. Just kidding, but the rockets went really high.

They screwed me over. Beware. This review is for there service more so than the product but I could not give reasons for their service in 400 characters. I am a leader of my son’s cub scout pack. I am organizing a “Rocket Into Fall Campout” for the pack of 40 or so kids that will be attendance. I bought 2 lecturer packs of rockets (12 each as we already had some on hand), and order bulk packs of motors for a total of 51 motors. All the rockets came in as probable in the first batch but due to shipping restrictions on rocket motors they were probable to take longer. This was not an come forth as I had looked into that and planned for this yet to be of time. According to the site, they were probable to be delivered sometime between Friday and Tuesday a full week before our consequence. A modest faster than I wanted to call it but due additional issues on my end I had to wait in anticipation of the last minute to order. Thursday rolled around and still no motors were in the mail. I hunted for their number and gave them a call. This gentlemen who was selection me over the phone barely spoke English and it was very hard to be with you him. It sounded like I was discussion to someone in India. This was the first conundrum. He mentioned that they sent me an send by e-mail and were waiting for my response before sending. He said that they were waiting to see if I wanted them to still send the motors and that they could be here on Monday. Over again, on Thursday evening, he is in CA and I am in VA I told him BULL SH** you cannot get them here by Monday via USPS ground (the only way allowable to ship motors) and they are worthless to me then as I need them within 24 hours. Not a chance. Why the FU** would I order something and not want them shipped. I just could not be with you him sufficient to get an pledge out of him and I don’t think he was completely answering me anyway. He supposedly gave me my money back but I will have to try out my card to be sure of that. With calling every hobby shop in town while in panic mode, I establish sufficient to make equipment take place but I refined up export out 4 equipment in responsibility so. Just BEWARE! I SHOULD BACK CHARGE THEM THE EXTRA MONEY IT COST ME FOR THE HIGHER PRICE MOTORS, MY EXTRA GAS, AND TIME!
