I am a surgeon, and I use this model to explain the anatomy and pathophysiology to my patients. It is anatomically very accurate, including the foramens in skull base through which the cranial nerves exit and tubercles to which the muscles originate in the extremities. At about $250, this is the best anatomical skeletal model out there.

I've had this model for about 6 months now and love it. I work with skeletal remains for a living and this model is pretty accurate. The only 'bad' thing is that Stan is only about 16-17 years old so he's not a fully grown adult. But it's a great reference for the location of the epiphyses and their fusion!! I would recommend this model to anyone who needs a good reference in osteology

This skeleton will not disappoint your expectations. It is very high quality, yet lightweight and durable. I can't believe it was less than $250.00. I highly recommend this to any biology teacher or anatomy student.

Accurate, detailed, and economical. This full sized model by 3B is superior to many others in this price range. The articulation is good, the mounting heavy duty, and the casting material seems durable. Look forward to using "Stan" in the classroom for years to come.

Stan was purchased to help me to learn the bones and anatomical landmarks for an A&P 1 Lab exam. This skeleton is very accurate, well built. It comes with a stand that has casters on it, so we just wheeled Stan out of the way when he wasn't in use. The price is fantastic for the quality, which is as good as the synthetic skeletons in the lab at my college. My X-Ray Tech husband was jealous that we didn't have Stan while HE was going through school!

The product arrived promptly and exactly as described. I am a first year physical therapy student. This skeleton is perfect for my studies. It's pretty accurate, although it's not 100% detailed (ex. the sacral hiatus is not shown). It's sturdy and movable at the joints, and you can disassemble or reassemble the different body parts as you go along. All in all, this product is great for the price. I'm extremely happy with it.

The quality of this skeleton is amazing. Much higher than ones I have at my medical school that were more expensive. I rarely give five star reviews anywhere but I have to say how exceptional 3B Scientific customer support has been. The skeleton arrived with a small problem on its left hand. I contacted 3B customer support and they shipped an entirely new left arm to me within fifteen minutes of forwarding them my amazon proof of purchase. I got a great skeleton, and had a customer service experience that was better than any I have ever had. Without any reservation, I would recommend this product and any 3B scientific product!

Purchased this as study aid for my anatomy lab practical coming up in a week or so. Bone detail is amazing for the price!!!!!! Fissure's, fossa's, tubercles, tuberosities, etc!!!! I would def recommend this as an aid to book material because sometimes you just cant see where the groove in the bone really is. You can memorize bone structures, but if you had to pick up a bone and find them you would be completely lost. On a side note, when you're done with anatomy, this thing is hella fun to dress up and pose for pictures with friends, family and your pets. First thing I did after assembly is lie this bad boy down and make him hug both of my dogs as I took pictures.

Received Stan this week to help with college level anatomy class. This is a very detailed model and the larger bones are removable. Just as good as the ones at my college and way cheaper! Very happy with this purchase.

Came before Christmas, easy to put together, just like the one in the classrooms. You can take pieces of it apart to study.
