I prearranged this for my mom as a modest gift. She works in a hospital, and I thought she could use it as a decoration for her desk. She actually likes it so much that she wants to keep it at home! It is very meticulous and looks very nice.

This is the second one I bought as a gift. The glass appeared to be of great feature--but I'm no expert. The heart inside was intricately crafted including lazy. As a medical student, I'd like to suggest that the heart be put in it natural position (left atrium posteriorly and left ventricle inferiorly) that way people know just so what position the heart lies when it's inside the body. All in all a great little gift for whatever reason :D
